Four Point Technique can do a wonder in addressing chronic fatigue
Extreme fatigue or tiredness that doesn’t go away can be quite debilitating. The causes of chronic fatigue aren’t well-understood in conventional medical science. Chronic fatigue can be caused by viral/bacterial infection, overgrowth of parasites, psychological stress, nutritional deficiencies, and/or thyroid issues. Although fatigue can affect anyone, women in their 40s and 50s seem to get hit most often.
The good news is that you can deal with chronic fatigue quite effectively just by massaging two different acupuncture points (actually four points including both left and right side of the body), one in the hands and the other in the feet. For centuries, martial arts, Qigong, Nei Gong, or Taoist meditation practitioners have used the same technique revitalize themselves. Specifically, I use these four points to resolve exhaustion among chemotherapy patients.
Nutritional support as an aid in boosting immune response in cancer patients, along with minimizing the immune and white blood cell suppression that occurs with most chemotherapeutic agents, has been receiving greater attention.
UCLA’s Oncology Department reported gratifying results utilizing nutrition and supplements combined with acupuncture.acupuncture for cancer patients
All cancer patients in our clinic receive Nutrition Response Testing to determine the most pressing issues of their bodies. Often, damages in the small and large intestines come up as No. 1 priority.
Toxemia caused by heavy-metal exposure and strong medications also show up as extremely important issues to deal with. Other prominently damaged organs/glands through cancer treatments are found to be the liver, thyroid glands, and the spinal structure.

The National Cancer Institute’s latest research says the following: Acupuncture is used to treat a wide range of illnesses and ailments. Cancer patients use it for pain management, control of nausea and vomiting, fatigue, hot flashes, xerostomia(dryness in the mouth), neuropathy, anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbance.
Acupuncture is routinely employed in many large-scale cancer institutions in the U.S., including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in Boston, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. An increasing number of hospitals with special cancer centers have adopted acupuncture as their adjunct services.
Nausea and Vomiting
The dreaded nausea and vomiting which commonly occurs in some patients undergoing chemotherapy can often be worse than the disease itself. At the University of Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine, a well-controlled study reported significant reduction of nausea and vomiting when pre-treated with acupuncture. It is now routinely administered before, after and in between chemotherapy treatment sessions for control or nausea and emesis. The effectiveness of acupuncture in minimizing nausea and vomiting is often far superior to the standard, expensive multi-drug anti-nausea regimens.
Post-surgery Pain Control
It is widely known that acupuncture is a powerful tool for general pain control. Acupuncture is effective for control of pain, of local swelling post-operatively, for shortening the resolution of hematoma and tissue swelling. Acupuncture can also aid in minimizing use of medications and their attendant side effects.
There’s no difference in treating cancer patients vs. non-cancer patients in reducing the pain syndromes. Since every patient demonstrates different etiologies, constitutional characteristics, and medical histories, acupuncture treatments can vary significantly across patients. Reduction of pain sensations after acupuncture treatments is quite remarkable.
Re-balancing Energy and Unblocking Energy Flow
Instead of focusing only on pain syndromes, Chinese medicine and Acupuncture adopts a wider patho-physiology approach by directing healing energy of the entire body. Most acupuncturists approach cancer patients to restore overall-balance of a patient’s energy patterns, while trying to augment depleted organs’ energy. Since acupuncture aims at restoring energy level to the organism as a whole, and reestablishes homeostasis by re-balancing energy distribution, not only pain/nausea will be reduced, an overall sense of well-being increases significantly.
Lately, I have started treating a number of new patients with breast cancer. Some have already gone through surgical procedures along with chemotherapy and radiation; some have opted to have surgery but decided to forego chemo/radiation therapies.
The good news is that timely diagnosis and early surgery offer a high possibility of a cure for solid breast tumors. However, the battle against breast cancer, just like all cancer cases, is long, arduous, and often painful.
Most patients with cancer ask questions such as: Can acupuncture help me? Will the pain and swelling go down? Can I ever regain my strength? Can acupuncture address side-effects of chemotherapies and radiation?
While the degree of beneficial results from acupuncture treatment is dependent on various clinical factors, the answer to the question “can acupuncture help me?” is, YES! It can definitely help in the care of the cancer patient.
Interestingly, the main causes of the overgrowth of candida albicans are presumed to be MEDICATIONS and MEDICAL THERAPIES. These include: antibiotics, hormone replacement, corticosteroids, birth control pills, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and multiple surgeries. These medications and therapies tend to kill beneficial bacteria and interfere with normal hormone functions. Improper diet, such as over-consumption of yeast products, sugar, or alcohol, also can promote yeast growth.
Those with immune or endocrine disorders such as patients with AIDS, cancer, or diabetes are more prone to candidiasis. Due to the hormonal involvement and the reproductive tract, women tend to present with more symptoms than men.
The effects of anti-fungal medicines are highly questionable. The protocols recommended by alternative health practitioners are extremely difficult to follow. Mostly, the protocols focus on “candida cleanse” that helps to rid the body of excess candida through the flushing of the digestive tract, and the introduction of healthy candida fighters found in fermented foods or probiotics.
Some suggest liquid-only cleanse for an extended period of time; some recommend a thorough gut reboot along with a drastic diet change.
The more I research about human health issues, I am dumbfounded to realize how toxicity affects every aspects of our being.
Let’s face it: The environment we live in getting increasingly toxic, and our immune functions have deteriorated to an alarming rate.
Actually, we consume a lot of toxic food from GMO’s (genetically modified organisms) that directly impact our DNA structures, let alone high amount of preservatives and chemicals found in so many food items. We drink highly contaminated water filled with fluoride and chlorine, medical wastes, and other heavy metals.
The air we breathe contains hundreds of toxic particles. Furthermore, we have no idea how radiation from Fukushima, nearby nuclear plants, or even microwave ovens affect us. Then, every now and then, we are confronted with new epidemic scares like Zika virus, Ebola, or SARS.
I will cut to the chase and offer my personal opinions on how to defend ourselves from this crazy onslaught of toxic overload. By the way, there are three golden rules I must emphasize before I go on.
Please minimize your consumption of wheat, sugar, and dairies. Most ideal will be cut them out entirely except organic butter and yogurt.
Try to eat organic raw food as much as possible, even though your grocery bill will go higher.
Minimize prescription drugs.
Here are some inexpensive, effective, and powerful detox protocols designed to remove toxic materials buried in their organs, blood streams, and cellular structures. If interested, please do your own research. Expect some Herxheimer reactions (short-lived initial reactions such as nausea, headaches, and extreme fatigue) when you embark on any of these detox protocols.
Bentonite Clay and Psyllium Husks—incredibly cheap and easy procedure to get rid of heavy metals, chemicals, medical wastes, hormonal debris, and radiation exposure. This procedure is refuted to be effective in dealing with IBS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, Lyme, Lupus, chronic headaches and migraines, high triglycerides, arthritis, and high blood pressure. Bentonite clay removes old dead fecal matters (called mucoid plaque) attached to your intestines.
Fulvic Acid and Humic Acid—similar to Bentonite Clay and Psyllium detox, but this one goes a little deeper. This is extremely powerful detox protocol for people who went through chemotherapy or radiation therapies. Effects are similar to Bentonite Clay, although this Acid typically provides a feeling of high energy.
Parasite Removal—there are a number of cheap and highly effective ways to get rid of parasites, yeast, and harmful bacteria, and viruses that float inside our bodies. One of the most effective way dealing with hundreds of insects residing in our bodies is called Diamaterous. Bentonite clay and/or Fulvic acid must be done prior to, or concurrently with parasite removal.
Liver/Gallbladder cleansing—our liver is responsible for cleansing our blood. When our blood stream is clean, there can’t be any disease, period. Please refer to Dr. Clark’s liver cleansing protocols.
It may take 3-4 months for healthy individuals, and 6 months to a year for those with health challenges. These detox protocols must be repeated at a regular interval, although Fulvic/Humid Acid can be taken permanently. If done properly, any combination of these protocols will assist you in getting off from many unnecessary medications, enjoying mental clarity, and a surge of energy.
